金属点火管喷孔射流场与破孔规律的实验测试 被引量:1

摘要 为了探索火炮点人系统对危险压力波的影响,我们设计了多种结构的点火系统。在上炮试验之前.对其中几种金属点火管进行了静态测试。点火管喷孔射流场和破孔规律的测试是利用YA-16多福闪光高速摄影机进行的。试验结果表明,除了点火药包装及内衬材料的随机因素影响外,点火管结构也将对破孔规律起主要作用。破孔一致性可以作为点火管静态诊断的一个重要指标予测其性能的好坏。 Several types or gun igniter were designed to investigate the effect of ignition system on danger pressure wave. A number or static experiments were conducted on some metal igniters before full calibre gun firings. The measurement or vents jet flow field and burst characteristics was (with the aid of)YA--16 multiple flames flash ray high--speed photog- raphy. The results revealed that besides the random factors or the package of ignition pow- der and the material of liner, the main aspect to affect the burst characteristics was the structure of igniter. The unanimity of vents burst can be as animportant criterion to evalu- ate the igniter performance.
