摘要
目的探讨分析临床护理路径在老年性白内障护理中的应用价值。方法选取2012年6月—2012年8月来该院就诊治疗的白内障老年患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用常规护理,对照组采用临床护理路径,比较两组患者的术后视力、并发症发生率、满意度及健康知识掌握情况。结果对照组患者的术后视力、并发症发生率、患者护理后满意度及健康知识掌握情况均显著优于观察组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径应用于老年性白内障护理可以纠正以往护理中的无序现象,改善护理效果,减少并发症的发生,从而提高患者的满意度。
Objective To investigate the value of clinical care path in senile cataract care. Methods 60 cases of elderly cataract patients were chosen in our hospital from June 2012 to August 2012, randomly divided them into observation group and control group. Observation group received routine care, control group treated with a clinical care path. Two groups were compared with vi- sual acuity, the incidence of complications, satisfaction and health knowledge. Results The control group of patients with visual acuity, complications, incidence, patient care, satisfaction and health knowledge were significantly better than the observation group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical care path used in senile cataract care can correct the disorder in the past care, improve care effects, and reduce the incidence of complications, thereby improving patient satisfaction.
