摘要
目的探究脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者早期康复护理干预的意义。方法对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予早期康复护理干预。结果护理康复干预6个月后,观察组的吞咽功能改善总有效率为92.5%,明显高于对照组的72.5%。结论通过对脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者行早期康复干预,有效提高患者的生活质量,临床值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the significance of early rehabilitation care of stroke patients with dysphagia. Methods The con- trol group received conventional care, observation group is given on the basis of early rehabilitation nursing. Results Nursing inter- vention after 6 months, the swallowing function of the observation group total effective rate was 92.5%, significantly higher than 72.5%. Conclusion By early rehabilitation nursing of Stroke Swallowing patients line, effectively improve the quality of life of pa- tients, clinical worthy of application and promotion.
