摘要
目的探讨新生儿惊厥发病类型、发病时间及原因。方法对收治的新生儿惊厥56例病例进行回顾研究。结果新生儿惊厥病例56例,治愈43例,好转11例,治愈好转率96.4%。1例因败血症死亡,1例病情危重放弃治疗。
Objective To investigate the pathogenesis of 56 cases of neonatal convulsion type, time and cause of disease. Methods 56 cases of neonatal convulsion were retrospectively reviewed. Results 56 cases of neonatal convulsion, 43 cases were cured, 11 cases improved, cure rate 96.4%. 1 cases of death due to septicemia, 1 cases of critically ill treatment abandonment. Conclusion the neonatal seizures should improve understanding, according to the clinical manifestation, and for targeted treatment, can greatly improve the success rate of rescue.
