摘要
目的评定锁定加压接骨板对肱骨外科颈骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析该院骨科用锁定加压接骨板治疗且随访6个月以上的肱骨外科颈骨折患者资料45例,采用Neer肩关节评分标准评价疗效。结果所有患者均呈骨性愈合,愈合时间(10±3)周,Neer评分评价:优37例、良5例、可3例,优良率93.3%。结论锁定加压接骨板治疗肱骨外科颈骨折固定牢靠,愈合良好,肩关节功能恢复满意,是一种安全有效的手术方法。
Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of locking compression plate in treating fracture of collum chirurgicum humeri. Methods From 2008 to 2011,45 cases of collum chirurgicum humeri fractures were treated with internal fixation with locking compression plate and all of them were follow-up visited for 6 months at least.We apply Neer’s standard to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Results All the cases were synostosis healed by the time of 10±3 weeks. Neer’s scored： excellent 37 cases, fine 5 cases, acceptable 3 cases, Satisfaction rate was 93.3%. Conclusion The locking compression plate system is a safe and efective treatment for collum chirurgicum humeri fractures.
