摘要
研究了闽农白羽半番鸭 0~ 3周龄和 4~ 8周龄两阶段日粮适宜的蛋能比水平。 0~ 3周龄日粮采用代谢能 11.50 MJ·kg-1,粗蛋白质设 2 1.0 %、 19.5%、 18.0 %、 16 .5%和 15.0 % 5个水平 ,蛋能比分别为 18.2 6 g· MJ-1、 16 .96 g· MJ-1、 14 .35g· MJ-1和 13.0 4 g· MJ-1;4~ 8周龄日粮采用代谢能 11.91MJ· kg-1,粗蛋白质设 18.0 %、 16 .5%、 15.0 %、 13.5%和 12 .0 % 5个水平 ,蛋能比分别为 15.11g· MJ-1、 13.85g· MJ-1、 12 .59g· MJ-1、 11.34g· MJ-1和 10 .0 8g· MJ-1。试验结果表明 ,以阶段总增重、总耗料、料重比和 10周龄的屠宰率、胴体瘦肉率和脂肪率为指标 ,0~ 3周龄日粮适宜蛋能比为 15.6 5g· MJ-1;4~ 8周龄日粮适宜蛋能比为 12 .59g· MJ-1。
The optimal level of CP/ME ratio in diet for Minnong white feather mule ducks was studied The diet was designed as five levels,three replications At 0-3 weeks of age,ME was 11 51 MJ·kg -1 , the level of CP were 21%,19 5%,18%,16 5% and 15% respectively The CP/ME ratio were 18 26,16 96,15 65,14 35 and 13 04 respectively At 4-8 weeks of age,ME was 11 91 MJ·kg -1 , the level of CP was 18% ,16 5%,15%,13 5% and 12% respectively The CP/ME ratio were 15 11,13 85,12 59,11 34 and 10 08 respectively The result showed that with the high weight gain, feed conversion efficiency and carcass performance, the optimal level of CP/ME ration of 0-3 weeks and 4-8 weeks duck were 15 65 g·MJ -1 and 12 5 g·MJ -1 respectively
