摘要
海底电力电缆广泛应用于海岛间供电、海上作业平台供电、海上风电场、跨越江河海峡短程输电,易受到船锚损害。基于海缆监测的实际需求,在已开发的基于船舶自动识别系统的海缆防锚损监控报警系统的基础上,添加了视频监控、电标实时监控、电标报警等功能,综合监控海缆保护区域内的船舶动态、海缆警示电标实时信息、海缆保护区域内船只流量信息,对潜在危险报警提示,有效保护海缆。文章详细介绍了该系统的架构、功能、开发实现,开发出的基于船舶自动识别系统的海缆综合监控报警系统成功应用于舟山海缆监控,分析实际运行经验,验证了系统的可行性和有效性。
Submarine power cables widely used to power supply for islands, offshore work platforms, offshore wind farms, short range transmission across a river or an ocean are easy to suffer from damages from anchors. According to the actual requirements of cable monitoring, this paper describes functions including video monitoring, real-time monitoring and alarm added to the existing submarine power cable monitoring and alarm system. The new system can comprehensively monitor ship movements, real time information of submarine caution surveyors, and ship traffic information in the monitoring domain, and give alarm to threats in order to protect submarine power cables. This paper describes its system architecture, functionalities, and development. The experience of application of the system to Zhoushan shows that the system is feasible and effective.
