摘要
调度台是电力系统通信的重要设备,其工作的安全性对水电站的正常运行至关重要。文章以三峡—葛洲坝电站调度台改造项目为例,对调度台原直流系统进行了介绍和评估,结合新调度台的具体配置对直流系统提出了优化思路,确定了熔断器—空气断路器极差配合保护方式和各项参数,并提供了保护设备的参考型号,根据电缆所处环境和载流量的大小,确定了电缆参考型号,制定了施工步骤并强调了注意事项,为调度台改造后的直流系统制定了一套详细具体的优化方案。
As an important equipments for power system communication, the dispatching terminal's security is of great importance for normal operation of a hydropower station. Taking the Three Gorges-Gezhouba hydropower station dispatching terminal renovation project for an example, this paper firstly describes and assesses the existing DC system of dispatching terminal, proposes an optimization idea for the DC system by considering configurations of the new dispatching terminal, determines the fuse-air circuit breaker conjunctive mode and their parameter. And then, the reference model of protection equipments is provided and the reference model of cables is determined according to their deployment environments and ampacity. Further, the construction procedure is set, several notes are laid stress on, and the detailed optimization schema of the upgraded DC system is drawn up.
