摘要
近期来,由食品安全等产品质量问题引发的"养鱼执法"成为社会关注的热点。"养鱼执法"行为偏离了政府部门的监管目标,损害了政府的公信力,严重威胁着人民的生命和健康安全,其背后所涉及的行政执法问题值得深入研究。本文对"养鱼执法"执法行为进行了经济学解析,并在此基础上提出了防范这种违法行政行为的对策。
In recent years, ＂enforcing the law by breeding fish＂ caused by the food safety and other products quali- ty problems has become a hot social concern. The behavior of ＂enforcing the law by breeding fish＂ deviates from the governmental supervision target, hurts the government＇s credibility and threatens people＇s safety of life and health Seriously. It is worth further researching the problem on administrative law enforcement relevant to ＂enfor- cing the law by breeding fish＂ . The author analyses ＂enforcing the law by breeding fish＂ with political and eco- nomic research method and puts forward some countermeasures for preventing this illegal administrative act.
