随着化妆品使用范围的不断扩大及使用量的日益增加,特殊用途化妆品的安全性已成为政府主管部门、广大消费者及舆论高度关注的焦点。在事关广大消费者身体健康的化妆品安全性这一大是大非的问题上,政府主管部门为保护广大消费者的健康一直在作不懈的努力。通过对特殊用途化妆品卫生许可评审过程进行解析,了解相关情况和知识。
With the expansion number of consumers and increasing usage of cosmetics for special-use,the safety of this category has drew a great attention of competent department of government,media as well as vast number of consumers.It is a major issue of right and wrong,concerning the safety and health of consumers.The government authorities have been making unremitting efforts to protect consumers.This paper explored the procedure of cosmetic licensing in China and provided the relevant information and knowledge.
