摘要
揭示肿瘤内环境对局部浸润细胞比例改变的可能作用。方法 采用体外细胞培养及单克隆抗体标记的方法研究胶质瘤提取物对正常人外周血单个核细胞 ( PBMC)的影响。结果 肿瘤提取物可明显抑制植物血凝素 ( PHA)促 PBMC增殖和白细胞介素 - 2 ( IL- 2 )的诱生 ,且不被外源性 IL- 2逆转。结论 胶质瘤可破坏血脑屏障 ,外周血 T淋巴细胞随机渗入 ,肿瘤细胞可释放某种物质抑制 TH 细胞产生 IL- 2 ,进而抑制 TH 细胞的克隆性扩增 ,导致 CD+ 4/CD+
Objective To find out how the tumor′s microenvironment changes the ratio of TIL.Methods This research observed the effects of substance of glioma on PBMC of normal persons.Results The results showed that the substance of tumor could inhibit the effect of PHA to proliferate the PBMC and produce IL 2.Such effects could not be reversed by exogenous IL 2.Conclusion ①Tumor cells grow up and injure the blood brain barrier;②T lymphocytes infiltrate into the tumor randomly;③Tumor cells secret some inhibitors to inhibit the production of IL 2 and CD + 4 subgroup proliferation.
