摘要
目的评价白内障行超声乳化手术中晶状体后囊破裂的处理方法。方法547例（634眼）白内障进行超声乳化手术中发生后囊破裂的13眼（2．05％），根据其后囊破裂发生的不同时段、是否有核块坠人玻璃体等情况，采取不同的处理方法。结果13眼术后3个月最佳矫正视力均≥0．5，其中2眼于白内障手术后3周行玻璃体切除手术。结论超声乳化术中晶状体后囊破裂后应积极处理，恰当有效的处理方法不但可以消除后囊破裂所致并发症，而且还能获得较好的视力。
Objective To evaluate the treatment of posterior capsular rupture in the cataract phaco- emulsification. Methods This complication from 13 eyes （ 2.05% ） in 634 eyes of 547 cases, during cata- ract phacoemulsification was collected. The different treatments were adopted according to the different peri- od of posterior capsule rupture occurred and whether lens fragments dropped into the vitreous or not. Results The best correct visual acuitiy was 0.5 or better is 13 eyes after 3 months, and vitrectomy was performed on 2 eyes of them in 3 weeks after phacoemulsification. Conclusion The posterior capsular rupture occur- ring during phacoemulsification must be immediately managed. Active treatment not only can eliminate the complications caused by posterior capsule rupture, but also can obtain the satisfactory visual acuity.
