摘要
目的评价复方维A酸凝胶治疗寻常痤疮的有效性和安全性。方法采用多中心、随机、盲法、阳性药平行对照的临床试验。结果经8周治疗,停药时对炎性损害的有效率试验组为82.20%,对照组为79.66%;对非炎性损害的有效率分别为59.29%和66.36%;对所有损害的有效率分别为74.58%和72.03%。两组比较差异均无统计学意义。结论复方维A酸凝胶治疗寻常痤疮有效、安全。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Compound Tretinoin Gel in the treatment of acne vulgaris compared with commercial 0.025 % Tretinoin Cream. Methods A multi-center, randomized, double-blind, positive controlled clinical trial was conducted. Results After 8 weeks, the effectiveness for inflammatory injury of treatment group and control group were 82.20 % and 79.66 %, respectively, the effectiveness for non-inflammatory injury were 59.29 % and 66.36 %, respectively, the total effectiveness for injury were 74.58 % and 72.03 %, respectively. There was no statistical difference between two groups. Conclusion Compound Tretinoin Gel can be effective and safe in the treatment of acne vulgaris.
