摘要
目的探讨颅内血肿微创清除术联合脑血疏口服液治疗高血压脑出血的疗效。方法选取2010年10月-2012年7月常规微创颅内血肿清除术治疗的40例高血压脑出血患者为对照组,同期采用常规微创颅内血肿清除术加脑血疏口服液进行治疗的46例患者为观察组,两组患者治疗前及治疗后2周、4周的神经功能缺损程度及Barthal指数进行评估及比较。结果治疗后2周及4周观察组的神经功能缺损轻型率高于对照组,Barthal指数≥75分比例也高于对照组,P均<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论颅内血肿微创清除术联合脑血疏口服液治疗高血压脑出血的疗效较佳,可有效地改善患者的神经功能缺损程度及生存能力。
Objective To study the effect of minimally invasive surgery for intracranial hematoma combined with Naoxueshu oral liquid in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 40 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated with minimally invasive surgery for intracranial hematoma in our hospital from October 2010 to July 2012 were selected as control group, and 46 patients treated with minimally invasive surgery for intracranial hematoma combined with Naoxueshu oral liquid at the same time were selected as observation group, then the degree of neural function defect and Barthal index of two groups before and after the treatment at second and forth week were compared. Results The mild rate of observation group＇ s neural function defect after the treatment at second and forth week were higher than those of control group, rates of Barthal index 〉175 points were higher than those of control group too, all P 〈 0.05, there were all significant differences. Conclusion The effect of minimally invasive surgery for intracranial hematoma combined with Naoxueshu oral liquid in the treatment of hyperten- sive cerebral hemorrhage was better, and it can effectively improve the degree of neural function defect and survivability of patients.
