自拟加味香砂六君子汤治疗妊娠恶阻60例体会 被引量：6

摘要 目的:观察自拟加味香砂六君子汤治疗妊娠恶阻的临床疗效。方法:运用自拟加味香砂六君子汤治疗妊娠恶阻60例,尿酮体化验阴性者35例单用中药治疗,尿酮体化验阳性者25例用中药(党参、白术、甘草、木香、砂仁等)联合西医治疗。结果:60例中,尿酮体化验阴性者治愈20例,好转13例,无效2例,总有效率94.3%;尿酮体化验阳性者治愈18例,好转7例,总有效率100%。结论:自拟加味香砂六君子汤对妊娠恶阻有显著疗效。
