GC-MS法分析新疆菠菜籽油脂肪酸成分

Analysis of Fatty Acids of Spinacia Oleracea L. Seeds Oil from XinJiang by Using GC-MS

摘要 采用气相色谱(GC)、气相色谱质谱法(GC/MS)对菠菜籽油中脂肪酸的组成及相对含量进行了研究。鉴定了棕榈酸、亚油酸、油酸等十三种脂肪酸,不饱和脂肪酸达83.26%,其中油酸为24.93%,亚油酸为56.7%,11-二十碳烯酸为1.06%。 The composition of fatty acid in Spinacia oleracea L. seeds oil were analyzed qualitively by GC and GC/MS. The results indicated that the fatty acids in Spinacia oleracea L. seeds oil were palmitate acid, oleic acid, linoleie acid etc. Thirteen kinds of fatty acids had been identified. The contents of unsaturated fatty acids were 83.26 %. Among them, the oleic acid were 24.93 %, the linoleic acid were 56.7 %, the 11-eicosenoate acid were 1.06 %, respectively.
