摘要
目的 :研究解决产后乳胀的有效方法。方法 :将产后乳胀的产妇 ,随机分为研究组与对照组 ,研究组采用中药外敷 ,对照组采用传统方法 ,观察治疗 4 8h乳胀情况。结果 :研究组有效率 97%。对照组为 70 % ,研究组治愈平均时间 2 5.3h,对照组 37.9h,两组比较均有明显差异。结论
s:Objective: To explore an effective way to solve the problem of the patients with postpartum breast engorgment.Methods:The patients with postpartum breast engorgement were randomly divided into two groups:the study group involving external application of Chinese medicine directly on the breasts,and control group being treated with traditional methods.The breast engorgement was observed for 48 hours after treatment.Results:The effective rate was 97% and 70%in the study group and control group,respectively,with the average recovery time being 25.3h and 37.9h.The difference between the two groups was singnificant.Conclusion:External application of Chinese medicine on the breast appears to be more effective in the treatments of the breast engorgment caused by obstruction of milk secretion in the postpartum period.
