摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定去纤软肝胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA 的含量 .回收率为 10 0 4% ,RSD为0 90 % .
The Quxianruangan Capsule is made of Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae ,Radix Bupleuri, Carapax Trionycis,Ganoderma, etc.It treats eopatitis and,cirrhosis of the liver.Tanshinone Ⅱ A in the Quxianrungan Capsule was determind quantitatively by HPLC with the YMC Pack ODS A(5μm, 4 6 mm × 150 mm ).The mobile phase was MeOH H 2O(75∶25) and the UV absorbency was monitored at 270nm.The mean recovery of tanshinone Ⅱ A was 100% with the relative standard deviation of 0 90%.The results showed that this method was simple,sensitive,precise and accurate enough to be used in the quality control of Quxianruangan Capsules.
