摘要
建设工程招标投标可以确保工程质量,缩短工期,降低造价,提高投资效益,创造公平竞争环境。从我国建设工程招标投标市场的现状出发,结合工作实践,对我国招投标市场存在的纷乱现象进行了剖析,并提出了一些解决对策。
Construction projects bidding and tendering can ensure project quality, shorten the construction period, reduce cost, improve the investment benefit and create fair competition environment. Starting from the present situation of our country construction engineering bidding and tendering market, combined with work practice, the paper analyzes the chaos phenomenon existing in the bidding market of our country, and puts forward some solving countermeasures.
