摘要
采用专家调查法,从建设条件(包括不良地质、洪水、地震)、施工阶段及运营管理等三个方面对飞虹特大桥进行安全风险识别及评估,针对重点风险提出相应的安全风险控制措施,为业主后续的安全风险管理提供依据。
Using Delphi method, the safety risks from natural conditions including geological disaster, flood and earthquake, construction stages, and operations management of Feihong Bridge are indentified and assessed. Then the control proposals to important risk are put forward, so that the safety risk management can be carried out based on these results.
