摘要
肝纤维化是肝脏受损伤后发生的病理性修复阶段,是众多因素参与的动态发展过程,关键环节是肝星形细胞的活化,而细胞外基质的不断生成和降解决定了肝纤维化的预后。肝纤维化的发生涉及众多细胞因子,其中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子、组织生长因子、血小板衍生生长因子等起着重要的作用,目前对这些因子的研究也较多,对其作用机制的阐述也较为详细。
Hepatic fibrosis is the pathological repairing stage after liver damage,and is a developing process that numerous factors joined in,the key part is the activation of hepatic stellate cells.The continuous generation and degradation of the extracellular matrix determines the prognosis of hepatic fibrosis.The occurrence of hepatic fibrosis involves numerous cytokines,some basic fibroblast growth factors,cell tissue growth factors,platelet derived growth factors etc.,which all play important roles.There have been a lot of researches of cytokines so far and its mechanism has been reported in detail.
