摘要
为探明影响胡椒花穗发育的主要营养物质,研究了花穗发育过程中功能叶不同营养物质的动态变化。结果表明,功能叶营养物质对胡椒花穗发育过程产生不同影响;钾对花序分化前期影响较大,高钾有利于花芽形态分化:高镁有利于花序分化后期及花器官发育;可溶性糖对花器官发育过程具有较大影响。
In order to ascertain the main nutrients affecting the pepper spica development,the dynamic changes of functional leaf nutrients(FLN)at spica developmental stages of pepper were studied.The results showed that,the FLN had different effects on spica developmental stages.In the pre-inflorescence differentiation stage,potassium(K)was the key factor.Abundant K was benefit for flower bud morphological differentiation.In the later stage of inflorescence differentiation,floral organ development needed more magnesia(Mg).Soluble sugar had obvious impact on the process of floral organ development.
