加压生物氧化深度处理垃圾渗滤液生化尾水的中试

Pressurized Bio-oxidation Process for Advanced Treatment of Landfill Leachate

摘要 针对垃圾渗滤液生化处理的二级A/O出水、厌氧出水和调节池原水,应用加压生物氧化工艺,在曝气压力为0.2 MPa的情况下,考察其对3种不同水中COD和NH3-N的去除率。中试结果表明:加压生物氧化处理3种水的最佳平衡停留时间分别为10、12和20 h,对3种水中COD的去除率分别为54%、71%和65%,对NH3-N的去除率分别为93%、92%和85%。 Two-stage A/O effluent, anaerobic effluent and raw landfill leachate were treated by pressurized bio-oxidation process at aeration pressure of 0.2 MPa. The removal rates of COD and ammonia nitrogen in the three types of liquids were investigated. The results showed that the optimal residence times of pressurized bio-oxidation process for treating the three types of liquids were 10 h, 12 h and 20 h, respectively. The corresponding removal rates were 54%, 71% and 65% for COD, and 93% , 92% and 85% for ammonia nitrogen, respectively.
