摘要
垃圾转运车是用于城市生活垃圾中转站转换容器工作状态和运输容器的一种专用车辆,其中改变容器工作状态由翻转架实现。分析了翻转架工作过程的危险工况,得出了危险工况下的臂架受力情况;建立了翻转架的结构优化模型并在Optistruct软件环境下进行优化求解,经验证得出的最优臂架尺寸符合架体的应力和变形要求。
Garbage transfer vehicle is a specialized vehicle used for converting the working state of containe~ and transporting containers in urban garbage transfer station. The change of the working state of containers is realized by the turning frame on the vehicle. The woking process of the tuning frame is anlyzed, anti the force of the frame under the dangerous condition is calculated. The structure optimization model of the tnrning frame is presented and solved in the software Optistruct. It is verified that the optimal frame size satisfies the requirement of stress and deformation of the frame.
