摘要
针对工艺陶瓷产业发展现状,以景德镇工艺陶瓷产业为例,综合运用DEA方法的CCR和Malmquist指数模型对样本实体2009-2011年数据进行动态实证分析,得出工艺陶瓷产业生产率主要受技术效率变化影响、市场发展以个体工作室为主导和急需促进产业转型升级等结论,并提出提高技术效率和技术进步水平、加强个体工作室有序化组织、强化自主创新能力及劳动者素质等政策建议。
Based on the present development situation of ceramic industry, this paper uses the CCR and Malmquist models of DEA to conduct an empirical analysis for 2009 - 2011 data of Jingdezhen ceramic industry, which indicates that the productivity of the ceramic industry is mainly affected by the technical efficiency, the individual studio is the main type of market development and the promotion of industrial transformation and upgrading is urgently needed. Finally, we put forward some countermea- sures of promoting the technical efficiency, strengthening orderly organizations of individual studios, and enhancing the ca- pability of independent innovation and the quality of workers.
