中轴型脊柱关节炎骨侵蚀研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 中轴型脊柱关节炎（aSpA）是以中轴关节及关节周围组织慢性进展性炎症为主要表现的一组自身免疫性疾病[1],以强直性脊柱炎（AS）为原型。其发病机制尚不清楚,目前大多数学者倾向于aSpA是由免疫介导的炎症性疾病,其中Treg/Th17亚群失衡在aSpA发病中具有更为重要的作用,尤其是IL-23/IL-23R/Thl7/IL-l7轴可能.
