摘要
采用单一的提纯工艺难以得到99.999%以上的高纯铟,要得到高纯铟需采用几种提纯工艺相结合的方法。以99.99%精铟为原料采用二次电解与真空蒸馏联合法制备出了纯度大于99.999%的高纯铟。通过实验获得了优化工艺条件:电解液成份:In3+浓度为80g/L;氯化钠的浓度为70g/L;电解槽电压为0.19V;电解液酸度为pH=2,蒸馏条件:750℃恒温120 min,950℃恒温120 min,1 050℃恒温90 min。在优化工艺条件下经过2次电解和1次真空蒸馏后可得到99.999%以上的高纯铟。
A combination of several purification processes instead of a single one is needed to prepare indium with a purity of higher than 99.999%.A method combining double electrolytic refining and a vacuum distillation was developed to increase the purity of indium from 99.99% to 99.999%.The process parameters were optimized as the following: electrolytic composition: the In3+ density 80 g / L,the NaCl density 70 g / L,the cell voltage 0.19 V,the electrolyte acidity pH 2.Distillation conditions: 750℃ / 120 min,950℃ / 120 min and then1050℃ / 90 min.
