摘要
就中西医诊疗血管性认知障碍(VCI)方法在社区应用展开讨论,提出建立科学的中西医干预措施和三级医院-社区服务中心-患者及家庭干预体系,对VCI进行早期诊断和及时有效地治疗,可在一定程度上防止疾病发展并减少血管性痴呆的发生。
In this paper, it discussed traditional Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment of vascular cognitive impairment （ VCI ） in the community application, and proposed interventions in traditional Chinese and Western medicine to establish a scientific hospitals- community service center-patients and family intervention system for VCI early diagnosis and effective treatment, to a certain extent to prevent the development of the disease and reduce the occurrence of vascular dementia.
