摘要
幼年类风湿关节炎统属中医学"痹证"范畴,中医药治疗取得了良好的疗效,笔者根据本人多年的理论研究及临床实践,提出本病的发生与中医脾虚理论关系的甚为密切,认为脾虚致气血不足,脾虚致营卫不和,脾虚致肝肾失调,脾虚致阴阳失调,脾虚则生内痰均可导致痹病,因此,脾虚是幼年类风湿关节炎发病的根本内在原因。
Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis is included in the arthralgia-syndrome theory of TCM.TCM treatment has good efficacy.The causes of the disease have close relationship with the TCM theory of spleen deficiency, based on long-term theoretical research and clinical practice.The spleen deficiency can lead to deficiency of qi and blood, liver and kidney disorders, imbalance of yin and yang, and spleen deficiency generating phlegm can lead to arthralgia-disease.Therefore, the spleen deficiency is the basic cause of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis.
