雌激素受体与甲状腺乳头状癌和Graves病的关系 被引量:1

Relations of estrogen receptor with papillary thyroid carcinoma and Graves' disease

摘要 目的:探讨雌激素受体(ER)在甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)和原发性甲亢(Graves病)患者甲状腺组织中的表达及意义。方法:用免疫组化法检测35例PTC和41例甲亢及30例正常甲状腺组织(对照组)中ER的表达,比较各组ER表达率并分析其与年龄、性别的关系。结果:Graves病组ER阳性率(9.76%,4/41)低于对照组(16.67%,5/30),但差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.25,P>0.05),而PTC组ER阳性率(80.00%,28/35)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=25.92,P<0.05);Graves病组ER阳性率与性别无明显关系(χ2=0.62,P>0.05),而PTC组女性ER阳性率多于男性(χ2=4.52,P<0.05),而与患者年龄无关(χ2=1.35,P>0.05)。结论:ER在甲亢组织中表达低,可能是其发病诱因之一;ER在PTC组织中表达高,可能是促进肿瘤发生和发展的因素之一。 Objective: To investigate the estrogen receptor(ER) expressions in papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC) and Graves' disease and the signi cances.Methods: e ER expressions in thyroid tissues from 35 PTC patients and 41 Graves' disease patients as well as 30 normal thyroid tissues(control group) were determined by immunohistochemical staining.e ER expression rates among groups were compared and their relations with age and sex of the patients were analyzed.Results: e ER positive rate in Graves' disease group(9.76%,4/41) was lower than that in control group(16.67%,5/30),but the difference did not reach statistical significance(χ^20.25,P0.05),while the ER positive rate in PTC group(80.00%,28/35) was higher than that of control group,and the di erence reached statistical significance(χ^225.92,P0.05).The ER positive rate in Graves' disease group was not evidently related to sex(χ^20.62,P0.05).In PTC group,the ER positive rate in female patients was signi cantly higher than that in male patients(χ^24.52,P0.05),but it was not associated with age of the patients(χ^21.35,P0.05).Conclusion: ER expression is reduced in the thyroid tissue of Graves' disease,which may be probably one of the predisposing factors for this condition;ER expression is increased in PTC tissue,which may be one of promoting factors for the occurrence and development of this tumor.
