摘要
目的了解现阶段西安地区儿童肺炎支原体(MP)流行株的基因分型。方法将收集到的274例呼吸道感染患儿咽拭子分泌物标本行巢式PCR检测,其中MP阳性标本及FH-MP标准株进一步行巢式PCR基因分型鉴定。结果巢式PCR检测显示,274例标本中31例MP阳性;再经巢式PCR基因分型鉴定,31例MP阳性标本基因型均为P1-Ⅰ型;而FH-MP标准株的基因型为Pl-Ⅱ型。结论 MP西安流行株基因型为P1-Ⅰ型。
Objective To investigate genotypes of Mycoplasma pneumoniae （MP） in Xi＇an area. Methods Pharyngeal swab specimens obtained from 274 children with respiratory tract infection were tested by nested PCR （nPCR）. The genotype of MP posi- tive specimens and FH- MP strains were further analyzed by nPCR. Results Thirty-one of 274 specimens were MP positive and all of them were MP PI-I type. However, the genotypes of FH-MP were Pill. Conclusions The epidemic genotype ofMP Xi＇an sWains is P1-I type.
