摘要
拟订了多个铸造工艺方案,采用华铸CAE进行模拟分析,最后确定采用无冒口工艺方案,并加强生产关键环节质量控制,成功地生产了QT700-2的大功率风力发电机行星架。
Drafting a series of casting process schemes for high-power wind turbine carrier, and their simulation and analysis were carried out with Huazhu CAE software. Finally, a non-riser casting process schemes was determined. Using the schemes, with the quality control in key aspects, QTT00-2 high-power wind turbine carriers were successfullymade.
