摘要
在凝胶注模成型工艺中,陶瓷浆料的充型能力对成型后陶瓷坯体的质量有较大的影响。为研究不同充型工艺参数对浆料充型能力的影响,采用U形标准试样,对陶瓷浆料在不同固相体积分数、充型起始温度,以及施加振动与否等条件下的充型能力进行了研究。为提高氧化铝陶瓷浆料充型能力、优化氧化铝陶瓷凝胶注模成型工艺参数提供一定依据。
The filling ability of cerarrtic slurry has a great influence on the quality of ceramic green body in gelcasting process. In order to study the effect of filling process parameters on gelcating slurry filling ability, using a U-shaped standard sample, the gelcating slurry filling ability was studied under different process parameters, including solid volume fraction, initial temperature before filling alumina slurry and vibrating loading. It provides an evidence for enhancing filling ability and optimizing gelcasting forming parameters of alumina slurry.
