电解液温度对TC4钛合金微弧氧化膜层性能的影响 被引量:9

Effect of Electrolyte Temperature on Performance of Micro-arc Oxidation Film on TC4 Alloy

摘要 以恒压模式在磷酸二氢钠和乙酸钙混合电解液中,对TC4合金采用微弧氧化技术,在试样表面制备陶瓷膜层。利用扫描电镜和能谱仪对微弧氧化膜层的表面形貌和化学成分进行分析,通过膜层测厚仪和粗糙度仪对膜层进行检测。结果表明:随着电解液温度的升高,起弧电压逐渐下降,膜层厚度和粗糙度逐渐增加,膜层表面孔径逐渐增大,数量减少;温度较高时,膜层厚度和粗糙度及膜层表面孔径有所减小,表面趋于平整。 The ceramic film on the sample surface of TC4 alloy was prepared using micro-arc oxidation technology in mixed electrolyte of sodium dihydrogen phosphate and calcium acetate under constant pressure mode. The surface morphology and chemical composition of the film were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive, and the thickness and roughness of the film were detected by thickness instrument and roughness instrument. The results show that, with the rise of the electrolyte temperature, the arc voltage gradually decreases, the thickness and roughness of the film gradually increases, the surface aperture of the film gradually increases, the number reduces; when the temperature is higher, the thickness and roughness and the surface aperture of the film decrease, the surface tends to be fiat.
