氧化铝颗粒增强钼基复合材料的制备与性能研究 被引量:5

Preparation of Al_2O_3 Reinforced Molybdenum Matrix Composites and Study on Its Properties

摘要 采用粉末冶金方法制备了一系列体积含量不同的氧化铝颗粒增强钼基复合材料。测定了复合材料的硬度,观察了复合材料组织形貌,并且对复合材料在3.5%NaCl以及1mol/LNaOH溶液中的腐蚀性能进行了检测。结果表明:随着氧化铝增强相的加入,材料的布氏硬度提高;当氧化铝颗粒加入到20%时,颗粒会出现团聚;加入氧化铝颗粒降低了材料的耐盐溶液腐蚀性能,但对材料耐碱溶液腐蚀性能影响不大。 A series of Al2O3 particles reinforced Al2O3/Mo composites with different volume content of Al2O33 were synthesized by means of powder metallurgy method. The Brinell hardness of the composites was measured, the microstructure morphology of the composites was observed, and the corrosion resistance of the composites in 3.5% NaC1 solution and 1mol/L NaOH solution was tested. The results show that, with addition of Al2O3 enhanced phase, the grain size of the matrix reduces, the Brinell hardness of the composites increases; when Al2O3 particles are added to 20%, the agglomeration of the Al2O3 particles appears; and adding Al2O3 particles will reduce the corrosion resistance of the materials in salt solution, but has little effect in alkali solution.
