胰腺神经鞘瘤1例报道及文献回顾 被引量：4

Pancreatic Schwannoma:report of one case and literature review

摘要 病例女,72岁。于外院行CT检查,提示胰尾占位病变,遂于我院门诊再行MR检查。患者无腹部疼痛、黄疸、恶心、呕吐、发热等临床症状,既往无胰腺炎病史。增强MR提示：胰腺尾部见长T1长T2信号肿块影,大小约42 mm×31 mm×34 mm,边界较清,增强后动脉期轻度强化,门脉期及延迟期强化程度增高、均匀。该病变与脾脏血管关系密切,脾静脉充盈良好。胰头未见异常信号影,胰管未见扩张。
