胎儿巨膀胱的超声诊断价值及相关异常 被引量：6

摘要 目的:探讨产前超声检查对胎儿巨膀胱的诊断价值,探索胎儿巨膀胱的病因诊断思路及其鉴别方法。方法:回顾分析近6年我院诊断的5例胎儿巨膀胱病例的超声声像图及相关病史资料,总结不同病因所致胎儿巨膀胱的超声声像特点。结果:5例产前超声诊断胎儿巨膀胱均经引产尸体解剖证实,梅干腹综合征2例,巨膀胱-小结肠-肠蠕动迟缓综合征1例,后尿道瓣膜1例,18三体综合征1例。结论:产前超声检查在胎儿巨膀胱诊断中具有重要意义,但对部分原因所致胎儿巨膀胱无法作出病因诊断,仅能提供参考方向,尚需依靠其它方法进一步检查。
