充分利用 Internet获取食品信息资源是十分有益且必要的。本文综述了获取网络上食品信息资源的几种主要方式和技巧 ,介绍了食品科学领域的一些重要站点、食品科学搜索引擎与数据库。
It is very important to get food science information from Internet for doing research work.This article introduced some WWW addresses\,searchengines and databases in the field of food science,and reviewed several major methods and skills of getting the information about food science form Internet.
