胎儿左肺囊腺瘤样畸形伴双肺发育不良一例报道并文献复习
摘要
先天性肺囊腺瘤样病变（congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation of the lung，CCAM）是一种较少见的支气管-肺发育异常，病灶呈腺瘤样生长，并损害肺泡，合并肺发育不良者更为少见。本文报道了一例在我院生殖医学中心行体外受精（IVF）冻融胚胎移植后胎儿左肺囊腺瘤并双侧肺发育不良的患者，并结合相关文献复习，现报道如下。
