抗人黑(素)瘤单克隆抗体免疫组化的研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文应用3种小鼠抗黑色素瘤单克隆抗体(McAbs)Leo Me13、HB 59、HB60和APAAP免疫组化染色对5种黑(素)瘤细胞系、7种其它肿瘤细胞系以及黑(素)瘤和各种皮肤色素痣的病理标本进行了研究。结果表明,黑(素)瘤细胞系均呈阳性反应,其它肿瘤细胞系仅1种呈弱阳性反应;黑(素)瘤病理标本的阳性率为93%,皮肤色素痣的阳性率为11%。提示这3种McAbs特异性较高。本文所获结果可为黑(素)瘤抗原的基础研究和临床病理诊断提供实验依据。 The present study detected immunoreactivities of 3 mouse anti-human mel-anoma McAbs(Leo Mel 3. HB59. HB60 ) to various tissue section spetimens, including 16 melanomas, 6 unrelated tumors and 17 various kinds of the pigmental nevi by using an alkaline phosphotase/anti-alkaline phosphotase staining technique ( APAAP ). The results showed that the positive percentages of the aforementioned specimens were 93.0%, 16.0%, and 11.0%, respectively. Immunoreactivities of these McAbs to 5 mela-noma cell lines and 7 non-melanoma cell lines were also observed. Their reactivities were as follows: all of the melanoma cell lines were positive while only one in the non-melanoma cell lines Was faintly positive. It was suggested that these McAbs had high specificity and pathological diagnosis of melanoma.
