摘要
本文用自制抗人μ链McAb标记辣根过氧化物酶(HRP),采用组化法检测EHF病人急性期血清IgM抗体共103例,阳性为101例,阳性率为98％,其它病人及正常血清40例均为阴性。同时与间接免疫荧光法(IAF)比较,获得一致结果。此法用于EHF病人早期诊断,具有染色标本可长期保存,便于复查。方法简便,敏感性高,特异性强,不需荧光显微镜,在普通元学显微镜下即可检出等优点,易于在一般基层医院等单位推广应用。
An enzyme-immunostaining method is described for the detection of IgM antibodies in the serum of EHF patients by using a μ-chain specific McAb-enzyme -conjugate. 103 serum samples of the acute EHF patients were tested by using this method, and the results showed 101 positives. 40 samples of patients with other diseases were also examined, and all of them were negative.
