锁扣半固态压铸模具及压铸工艺研究 被引量:1

Semi-solid Die Casting Mold and Casting Process Parameters of Locking

摘要 研究了半固态流变压铸成形技术,设计并制造出不同内浇道尺寸的锁扣半固态压铸模,利用模拟软件对半固态流变压铸充型及凝固过程进行了数值模拟,并进行了试验验证。结果表明,模具温度对半固态压铸影响较大,应保持在250~300℃。压铸模内浇道尺寸也有重要影响,较大内浇道面积(17mm2)的铸件硬度优于较小内浇道面积(11mm2)的铸件硬度。试验得到的最优半固态压铸工艺参数,压射速度为1m/s,模具预热温度为240℃,浆料温度为590℃。 The die-casting technology of semi-solid rheological was developed.And the semi-solid die casting die for locking with different dimensions of ingates was designed.The filling and solidification process of semi-solid theological die-casting was simulated by using Flow-3D software,and practical production was conducted to verify the simulated result.The result shows that during semi-solid rheological die-casting,the temperature of mold has greatly effects on die-casting,where the temperature of 250-300℃is a acceptable selection.Meanwhile,ingate dimension of die-casting mold is closely related to the quality of semi-solid die-casting product.The mechanical properties of the semi-solid rheological forming parts in condition of a larger ingate area are superior to those of one in a smaller ingate area.The optimized processing parameters are as follows:injection velocity of 1 m/s,mould pre-heating temperature of 240℃and semi-solid slurry temperature of 590℃.
