摘要
论文在对海南省地方文献资源状况进行调研分析的基础上,提出了本省地方文献资源建设的关键在于尽快从宏观、微观和中观三个角度,实现多层次、多形式、全方位省内外良好有效的多元化合作。
On the basis of research and analysis of the Hainan local literature resources,the key point of the local literature resources construction has been proposed in this paper, which is to achieve an effective well-diversified cooperation in multi-level, multi-forms, inside and outside the province as soon as possible from the macro, micro and meso three perspectives.
