急性视网膜缺血的动物模型概述 被引量:2

摘要 视网膜缺血是一种发生于血液供应不能满足视网膜代谢需求时的病理状态。视网膜缺血动物模型有助于理解视网膜缺血性疾病的病理生理变化,以探索疾病的发生机制及新的治疗方法。实验结论是否可以应用到l临床,取决于实验设计和合理选择适当的动物模型。应当更好的了解动物模型中视网膜缺血的血液供应和诱导过程,才能将其应用于人类疾病。本文着重介绍了目前常用的几种急性视网膜缺血的动物模型及建立方法,比较了不同模型的视网膜缺血表现。
