摘要
自民办教育促进法实施10年来,我国的民办教育有了长足的发展,但离内涵式健康发展尚有很大距离。教育部为此制定了新的行政性规范文件予以促进,然而其实施有相当难度。究其关键原因是民办教育产权不清,这在民办教育发展环境快速变迁的背景下更为突显。因而需要与时俱进地调整相关法律规范,以便实现其健康发展。
The private education in China has made great progress in the past ten years since the implementation of Private Education Promotion Law . But there is still a great distance from the healthy development of connotation type. The Ministry of education has developed a new administrative normative document to promote its implementa- tion, but it comes to little effect The comes more prominent with the rapid c key reason is that property right of private education is not clear, which behanges in the environment of private education＇s development. So, in order to realize the healthy development of education, it is a necessity to adjust related laws and regulations.
