摘要
自20世纪80年代以来,伴随敦煌吐鲁番文书的相继刊布,史学界对唐代雇佣问题的关注开始增多,学术界开始借助于大量的社会文书和契约深入探讨唐代雇佣关系,成为敦煌学和吐鲁番学研究的重要领域。经过三十多年的研究,已经取得了丰硕的成果。本文拟就20世纪80年代以来国内学者对唐代雇佣的社会性质、雇佣契约、雇佣双方地位身份、雇价以及对雇佣类型等方面的研究,简要做一回顾和梳理,以祈为今后敦煌学、吐鲁番学的进一步研究提供参考。
Scholars have gradually concerned the employment problem of Tang Dynasty, after more and more docu- ments of Dunhuang and Turfan was published since the 1980s. They discussed deeply the employment relationship of Tang Dynasty through a large number of documents about society and contract, and had a great achievement. This paper briefly reviews and combs the research of social nature of employment, status of both employment sides, contract of em- ployment, salary of employment and types of employment and so on since the 1980s. The author is going to make a research overview of predecessor's research work, display the current research, deepen the research from an academic view on this field, and provide the reference of Dunhuang Studies and Turfan Studies for the further research.
