摘要
ECFA为闽台第二产业的战略合作提供更为广阔的空间。通过描述福建与台湾第二产业合作现状,分析ECFA对闽台第二产业合作的机遇与挑战,提出ECFA下闽台第二产业合作遵循的原则与框架,建议在ECFA下闽台通过产业合作规划、加强管理部门的合作、共同开拓国际市场等措施,深化第二产业的交流与合作,促进两地经济共同发展。
The ECFA will provide a broader space for the strategic cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan＇ s second in- dustry. Based on current cooperation status description and the analysis on the opportunities and challenges, the principle and framework between Fujian and Taiwan＇ s second industry cooperation under the ECFA are proposed. It is nessary to deepen the communication and cooperation of the second industry between Fujian and Taiwan, promote the economic devel- opment between the two places by making industry cooperation plan, strengthening the cooperation between the governments of Fujian and Taiwan and exploring the international market and so on.
