摘要
目的:建立复方亚硒酸钠滴眼液中硫酸锌的含量测定方法。方法:以[4-(2-吡啶偶氮)]间苯二酚(PAR)与锌离子进行显色反应,生成络合物的最大吸收波长为493nm,在此波长下采用分光光度法进行定量测定。结果:硫酸锌检测质量浓度线性范围为0.406~4.06μg/m(lr=0.9999),平均方法回收率为100.07%,RSD=0.53%(n=9)。结论:建立的方法操作简便、快速,结果准确,适用于该产品的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the content determination of zinc sulfate in Compound sodium selenite eye drops.METHODS:[4-(2-Pyridinylazo)]-resorcinol(PAR)reacted with zinc ion to produce clathrate,and its maximum absorption wavelength was at 493 nm.Spectmphotometry was used for quantitative determination.RESULTS:The linear range of zinc sulfate were 0.406-4.06 μg/ml(r=0.999 9)with an average recovery of 100.07%(RSD=0.53%,n=9).CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple,quick and accurate.It's suitable for quality control of the product.
