单绒毛膜双胎妊娠之一胎死宫内的危险因素及临床处理 被引量：6

摘要 双胎妊娠之一胎宫内死亡（single intrauterine fetal demise,sIUFD）的发生率显著高于单胎妊娠。早孕期一胎停止发育其胎囊可以完全吸收,对母体和另一活胎均无影响[1],而中晚孕期sIUFD存活胎儿的围产期患病率和死亡率均明显增加,
