摘要
目的研究分层管理模式下低年资护士的职业认同感。方法采用护士职业认同感量表,对我院46名低年资护士进行调查。结果低年资护士的职业认同感偏低,其中以"职业认知感"维度得分最低。职业社会支持感得分最高。结论提高低年资护士职业认同感亟待解决。
Objective To investigate the professional identity of junior nurses in hierarchical management mode. Methods Forty- six junior nurses were investigated in author's hospital by the nurse professional identity scale. Results The professional identity of junior nurses who took part in the survey was low, in which, the score was lowest in the dimension of the occupational cognitive sense, and the score was highest in occupational sense of social support. Conclusion To improve the professional identity of junior nurses is important to author's hospital.
